Tracking in-progress visits
In the current version of the app, a small yellow badge indicates when a job visit is being tracked as "in progress". We're upgrading this feature to enhance visibility and control:
New Feature: A prominent banner will soon appear during a job visit on your feed, clearly indicating that the visit is in progress.
Added Details: This banner will also display the time you arrived at the job site.
Enhanced Control: You'll have the options to manually end the visit or cancel it directly from this banner.
Data export to Excel
We’re adding more ways to easily export your job data to Excel for enhanced record-keeping and analysis, and to support your broader work-flows.
Send invoices to your customers
Send invoices to your customers directly from the YEPIC app.
Set reminders
You'll be able to set reminders and get notifications from YEPIC so you don’t forget important dates.
Pin-driven geo-fences
GEO fences used for capturing auto visits are currently determined by the address. While this works well in many instances, for some larger sites it can be restricting.
We are changing this to be driven by the exact pin location. This will allow you to set your pin more precisely.
Select content in job reports
You’ll be able to choose what to include in job reports, tailoring them to your or your client's needs.
Schedule for tracking visits
You’ve asked for a schedule so that you can set what time you want YEPIC to keep track of, i.e. the working week.
The schedule will also reduce the amount of battery YEPIC uses.
Optional historical visits
When you create a new job, YEPIC automatically adds any past visits whether you like it or not.
Soon you’ll be given more choices to use this feature or not.
Display only newly discovered photos in 'More Photos Found'
Currently YEPIC shows all photos from a job location, including any you may have already added to YEPIC.
We are updating this to only show photos not in YEPIC.
Have your photos automatically added
Currently YEPIC finds all your camera roll photos from a job location to make adding them easier.
Soon, you'll have the option to have them all added automatically into YEPIC.
Editing shared job content
Currently YEPIC users can only view each other's job details on a shared job.
You’ll be able to edit each other's job details if you’re given a full team access role.
Integrate calendar
We are going to offer you easy ways to integrate YEPIC with your calendar.
Custom labels
We are building a simple new feature to allow users to create custom labels to help them group jobs however they need.
You might create labels for statuses like ongoing, job complete, etc. Or maybe you want to group jobs by customers.
Like everything in YEPIC, it will be very versatile for you to use however you choose.

Integrate YEPIC with your preferred accounting tools and office systems.
Add hourly rate field
You’ll be able to add your own hourly rate figure in YEPIC, either the amount you charge customers per hour, or the amount you get paid per hour by your employer, and YEPIC will auto calculate your earnings.
Customise branding
You’ll be able to add a personal touch to your job reports with customisable branding options.
Auto-create jobs
YEPIC will suggest jobs within your schedule for any missing time; it will save you needing to do it manually!
Our aim is to rescue the time you spend thinking about capturing job details.
Time summary and date picker
Currently without exporting time data it's hard to calculate hours across jobs over a day, week, month, or any other period.
We are adding a summary to show this information with a one tap export for creating timesheets.
Simplify adding team members
Currently, teammates need to be added to each job separately, we know you want a way to add them to every job on an ongoing basis, this is on its way soon.
Photo drawing and note-adding
Mark up photos and add notes directly to each photo or visit.
Videos
Soon you’ll be able to add videos as well as photos to your jobs.
