We are writing to inform you about a recent change to the business. From the outset Morpheus Limited and the Yepic App and Website has been majority owned by the Labora Group of Companies. Although Morpheus Limited remains active and a separate limited entity, there have been some changes to the team. The most pertinent change you should be aware of is that the day-to-day management and support of the application will now be supported by IT colleagues at City Electrical Factors (CEF) which is also a Labora owned company.
This is an administrative change and will not impact on the service that you receive. The way you access any support you may require will remain the same.
As part of our commitment to the continuous improvement of our services. Starting from Monday 13th May, day to day management and IT support for Yepic will be handled by CEF, a trusted partner within our Labora Group of Companies.
What does this mean for you?
Seamless Transition: The transition will be seamless, and you can continue using Yepic without any interruptions. Our IT support team is well-equipped to assist you promptly.
Contact Details: For any technical queries, issues, or assistance, please reach out to our support team using all of the current methods, these will not change.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will my existing support requests be affected? No, all existing support requests will be seamlessly transferred to CEF. You can expect the same level of service.
How do I contact the new support team? Continue using all current avenues of support as these contacts will remain the same.
What if I have ongoing issues? Your ongoing issues will be handled promptly by the new team.
